Gaile Proler is a photographer from Houston, Texas. She earned a degree from Rice University in Art History and MediaArts but considers travel the most influential educator. She currently works from Texas and California.

The sublime in Renaissance art, the magical dots of Pointillism and the playful photographs of Lartigue have nurtured my sensibilities. I use pixels as my medium, taking away details and softening shades. I offer a quiet look to encourage emotion rather than share information. I spotlight the essence in experience, shining a bright light on inclusivity.
